Travel and Access

The "Institut de Biologie Moléculaire des Plantes" (IBMP) is located in the campus of Strasbourg University with well deserved public transportation and within 15-20 minutes walking distance from the cathedral and the city center.

Using the public transportation, the institute is accessible by tramway C, E and F and getting off at the “Université” stop. The institute is about a 3-minute walk from the “Université” tramway stop. Here a map: 

Strasbourg is also a friendly city for bikes. You can rent bikes in the public system or on private services for your trips in the city.

From the Airport to Strasbourg:

Strasbourg-Entzheim airport, whose commercial name is “Strasbourg international airport” is connected to Strasbourg central station by a train in 8 minutes.

Strasbourg central station is well connected and deserved by national and international train companies. Travelers can join Strasbourg from Paris, Marseille, Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland.
